Divine Engine Omega — The Final Boss

Divine Engine Omega is the final boss of Act 4 and the hardest mandatory boss in Arms of God (only The Archangel and True Divine Engine are harder, and both are optional/NG+).

HP: 25,000 (Normal) / 35,000 (Hard) Phases: 3 Weakness: Shadow damage (+25%) Damage Types: All elements — rotates through fire, ice, and lightning attacks

Phase 1 (100% - 65% HP): Elemental Rotation

Omega rotates through three attack sets:

Fire Phase: Launches 3 homing fireballs (track for 2 seconds). Dodge perpendicular to their trajectory. Ice Phase: Creates ice patches on the ground. Standing on ice slows you by 40%. Jump to avoid. Lightning Phase: Targeted lightning strikes with 1-second ground indicators. Keep moving — do not stop.

Strategy: Damage during ice phase. Omega stands still while creating ice patches. The other phases keep Omega mobile.

Phase 2 (65% - 30% HP): Bullet Hell

Omega floats to the arena center and unleashes a 45-second bullet hell — rotating rings of projectiles, each ring with different speeds and patterns.

Safe Spot: Bottom-center of the arena. Only 2 out of 12 projectile rings reach this position, and they have the widest gaps. Stand here and make micro-adjustments left-right.

Attack Windows: Omega takes damage during bullet hell but is constantly moving. Attack during the 1.5-second pauses between ring rotations. With a ranged weapon, you can maintain ~60% damage uptime.

Divine Form Timing: Pop your Divine Form during the densest section (roughly 15-20 seconds in). The invincibility frames let you walk through projectiles to a better position.

Phase 3 (30% - 0% HP): Chaos Mode

Omega uses all three elemental attack sets simultaneously AND spawns elite adds (2 Death Knights on Normal, 3 on Hard).

Priority: Kill adds immediately. They buff Omega while alive (+10% damage per add). Once adds are dead, the phase becomes Phase 1 but faster.

Execution: Divine Form → kill adds → return to Phase 1 strategy. With a strong build, Omega should die before adds respawn.

Recommended Builds

Safest (Paladin): Sunforged Hammer + Holy Crossbow → Aegis. Tank the bullet hell behind your shield. Phase 3: Sanctuary the add spawn window, kill adds, then grind Omega down. Fight takes ~6 minutes but you'll never die.

Fastest (Assassin): Void Reaper + Shadow Fang → Nightbringer. Rush Omega during Phase 1 to push it to Phase 2 before the first full elemental rotation. Phantom Requiem through bullet hell. Sub-3-minute clears are possible with optimized gear.

Balanced (Mage): Fire Staff + Ice Wand → Frostfire. Burn damage ticks during bullet hell even when you're dodging. Elemental Resonance explosions hit Omega AND its adds simultaneously in Phase 3.
