Divine Engine Omega — Full Phase Breakdown & Tips
Divine Engine Omega Overview

Divine Engine Omega is the final boss of Arms of God's current content. It's a mechanical colossus with 5 distinct phases, each introducing new attack patterns. This fight is a DPS check disguised as a survival fight.
Recommended Level: 18-20 Recommended DPS: 1200+ sustained single-target Key Mechanic: Core Exposure windows
Phase 1 (100%-80% HP)
Omega uses purely mechanical attacks:
Laser Sweep: Omega sweeps a beam across the arena. Counter: stand behind the pillars. The beam can't penetrate them.
Missile Barrage: Omega launches 12 homing missiles. Counter: each missile has ~200 HP and can be shot down. Designate one player (or your AoE attack) for missile cleanup.
Stomp: Omega raises one foot and slams it down. Counter: the ground cracks 1 second before impact. Move out of the cracked area.
Phase 2 (80%-60% HP)
Omega opens its chest core for the first time.
Core Exposure: Omega's core is vulnerable for 8 seconds. Deal as much damage as possible. Missing this window extends the fight unnecessarily.
Energy Wave: Omega releases a shockwave from its core. Counter: jump when the wave reaches the halfway point of the arena.
Drone Swarm: Omega deploys 6 small drones that fire homing shots. Each drone has 80 HP. Prioritize killing them during non-exposure windows.
Phase 3 (60%-40% HP)
Omega begins overheating. The arena floor sections start glowing red.
Overheat Floor: Standing on a glowing panel deals 3% max HP per second. Panels glow for 10 seconds then cool for 5. Learn the rotation.
Core Beam: Omega charges a massive beam from its core that covers 80% of the arena. Counter: only the 2 corner sections behind the pillars are safe. Memorize which corners — they alternate each beam.
Repair Drones: Small drones fly to Omega and heal 1% HP each. Kill them immediately or the fight drags.
Phase 4 (40%-20% HP)
Omega enters overdrive.
Double Core: Both chest and head cores open simultaneously. Only one is vulnerable at a time (alternates every 3 seconds). DPS check intensifies.
Enrage Timer: Omega begins a 60-second enrage countdown. If not defeated within 60 seconds of entering this phase, Omega casts Arena-Wipe (instant death, unavoidable).
Laser Grid: Omega fires 4 criss-crossing lasers that rotate slowly. Stay in the moving safe zone between lasers.
Phase 5 (20%-0% HP)
Omega goes critical. The entire arena is dangerous.
Full Arena Damage: The entire floor is now overheating. Jump between the 4 cooling pillars that activate one at a time in sequence.
Triple Core: All three cores (chest, head, legs) vulnerable simultaneously. Maximize AoE damage to hit all three.
Self-Destruct Sequence: Omega begins a 30-second self-destruct. This is the final DPS race. If you have Radiant Bastion or similar invulnerability, save it — if Omega self-destructs before you kill it, you still lose.
Best Class for Omega
Mage is the MVP here. Her teleport trivializes the Laser Grid phase, and AoE clears drones instantly. Recommended build: Stormcaller's Staff + Frost Amulet merge, stacking Mana Regeneration and Spell Power blessings.
Gear check: You need at least a +5 weapon and 3 defensive blessings to survive phase 4 alone. Learn more class guides at armsofgodgame.com.
